Pastor Dwayne Gibson began his ministry at Chisago Lakes Baptist Church in August of 2007 after 16 years of ministry in Michigan and Ohio. He has a Bachelor of Religious Education Degree from Tennesee Temple University and a Master of Arts Degree in Pastoral Studies from Bob Jones University. Pastor Dwayne's previous ministry experience gave him opportunity to serve the Lord as a Youth Pastor, Assistant Pastor, and Senior Pastor before coming to CLBC.

Pastor Dwayne and his wife, Rachel, have three children: Ryan, Brittany, and Lauren.

Alan Hodak and his wife Allyson came to Chisago Lakes Baptist Church and School in the summer of 2003.  Alan earned his BS in Criminal Justice from Arizona State University and an education minor from Chapman College.  In 2005 Alan graduated from Northland Baptist Bible College with a Master of Ministry degree.  Alan has been involved in Christian school and church ministry for twenty-two years.

Alan and Allyson have five daughters, two have graduated from CLBS and three are still enrolled.

Pastor Dennis Eng has been called and commissioned by Chisago Lakes Baptist Church to serve as our Missionary Church Planter to Pine City, MN. Trinity Baptist Fellowship in Pine City is the church planting effort of CLBC in partnership with Sunrise Bible Church of Sunrise, MN.

Pastor Dennis is a graduate of Central Baptist Theological Seminary and has previously served as an assistant pastor at Chisago Lakes Baptist Church and as the Senior Pastor of First Baptist Church in Marshall, MN.

Dennis is joined by his wife Stephanie in the pioneer work of establishing an independent, fundamental Baptist church in Pine City, MN.
